It is our desire to provide a safe and caring place where women will be encouraged to develop an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and with one another.  Our prayer is that you would become equipped to glorify God in your everyday life, so that you may impact your home, church, community, nation and world.

   We invite you to come and take part in any of our activities.  You will make new friends, be personally challenged in your relationship with God, and discover new opportunities to grow and serve.  Women’s Ministry is an exciting place to be at Simi Valley Community Church. 

Tapestry

A discipleship and mentoring program designed to develop godly character and nurture life-giving relationships by interweaving Christ and women together.  Led by Jenny Weir and Sharon Cass.
 

When Mother's Pray
A study on Tuesday evenings led by Colleen Eklund entitled When Mother's Pray will start on July 1st at 7:00 PM.

Oxygen Study
Jenny Weir is leading a study on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM beginning July 16th and continuing until August 20th called Oxygen.
This study was written by Keri Wyatt Kent offers busy women an opportunity for spiritual contemplation and reflection.
 

Ongoing Service Project

We have made a commitment to support Interface, an organization assisting needy families.  Our particular focus is a home in Ventura County which houses battered women and their families.  We offer food, clothing, household supplies, emotional and spiritual support to these families. 

Lisa Brisley is leading this exciting ministry.

The Temple: Glorifying God in your Everyday Life

Take a fresh look at the life of Jesus.  This study will help you understand the Bible better and give direction to your life.

Meets weekly at 7 pm to pray for others.  Prayer avails much, so join your heart with others to seek after God’s heart in prayer.
